Federal Skilled Worker
This category is prescribed as a class of persons who are skilled workers, who may become permanent residents on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada, and who intend to reside in a province other than Quebec.
Arranged Employment
Arranged employment means you have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer. Having a valid job offer affects you in two different ways: for eligibility under the FSWP, and later, for points towards your total score.
Business & Investors
Program aims to have experienced business people by investing in Canada’s economy. Investors must show that they have business experience; net worth at least C$1,600,000 that was gained legally and invest C$800,000.
Appeals for refused cases
The Immigration Appeal Division hears appeals on immigration matters such as refused sponsorship applications and from removal orders and for Residency obligation appeal.
Family Class Sponsorship
Your relatives can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. You can sponsor certain relatives if you’re a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada and over 18y old.
Federal Trade Worker
The Federal Skilled Trades Program is for people who want to become permanent residents of Canada based on being qualified in a skilled trade. Have a certificate of qualification in your skilled trade issued by a province or territory.
